For the past 18 years, I have been lucky enough to travel to many wine regions all over the world. I’ve met so many winemakers, tasted 10,000’s of wines and bought for several restaurants and top hotels in the country. Having made so many mistakes myself over the years and tasted so many great and not so great wines, I can use my experience to make sure you avoid buying wines you won’t enjoy and take some pressure off your liver! From everyday wines to top end wines for long term ageing, I always use my vast amount of contacts to ensure value and good sourcing.
As a restaurateur myself, I know too well how difficult it can be to run restaurants, bars, and pubs. Maintaining the right level of service, handling customers. upselling, cellar management and so much more are all vital factors that need to be considered when running a restaurant. I can help your staff and can help you achieve your goal: quality service, a good wine offering and consistency, which usually means happy customers!
